Mark Petchey says the Capitala World Tennis Championship will give Andy Murray an early pointer for 2009.
Intensive training will turn into competitive action on New Year's Day and I imagine Andy Murray is simply champing at the bit to get back on court.
The Scot is one of six players taking part in the Capitala World Tennis Championship in Abu Dhabi at the start of a year that could well bring his first grand slam title.
Murray will line up alongside Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal at the three-day exhibition tournament so there should be some great tennis on show.
