Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea stars have all scored for England in penalty shoot-outs at major tournaments – but can you name every player to do so?
Gareth Southgate has suggested England could stage a mock shoot-out after a match at Wembley to help his players improve on their notoriously bad record ahead of the 2018 World Cup.
“It’s something that we are considering – how we prepare best for penalty shootouts,” Southgate said.
“Whether that’s something on the training ground, whether that’s in sessions we do away from the training ground, or something we do in some sort of match scenario. We’ve not finalised that yet but clearly that [match situation] is an option.”
The Three Lions have been knocked out of six major tournaments after penalty shoot-outs since 1990, but rather than focus on those who missed, we’re giving you 10 minutes to name every player to convert their spot-kick.
Good luck, and don’t forget to tweet us your scores at @planetfutebol.
