WWE Judgment Day

Six matches, four of which are title match-ups, are packed into this 2hr 50min DVD and I would say only one of the matches is not worth watching.

If you can look past the opening slug-fest between John Cena and JBL, this pay-per-view event has everything you want.

The second match-up is a blink and you will miss it bout between Tag Team Champions The Miz and John Morrison vs. Kane and CM Punk. A superb display of athleticism from both teams eventually results in an unexpected finish...

Match number three saw the seemingly never-ending feud between Chris Jericho and Shawn Michaels continue in Omaha. The hatred for one another is evident - the outcome predictable yet exciting.

Undoubtedly the finest athletes on the WWE circuit compete in another attractive Women's Championship match next up. The only disappointment is that Mickie James, Beth Phoenix and Melina are only on show for four minutes!

The best, as always, are saved till last. Heavyweights Edge and The Undertaker resume battle looking to secure the crown in the penultimate match-up before Triple H and Randy Orton enter a steel cage as the former looks to defend his newly-won title.

A DVD more for memories than high drama and action. In April 2008, RAW, ECW and SmackDown all descended on London for live screenings in front of packed-out crowds.

You could argue that the 19 matches on offer is worth the �11.99 price-tag alone, however when you consider that at least half the matches fail to whet the appetite, you may think again.

If you attended the event I can easily see how this box-set may be appealing, however in all honesty there are better DVDs on offer at present.
