Manchester United forward Anthony Martial wasn’t holding back in Tuesday night’s Carabao Cup match at Swansea City, leaving 34-year-old Angel Rangel wondering what had hit him.
Martial received the ball in an extremely tight space on United’s left flank, and as Rangel charged in to win back possession, the France international looked to be all out of ideas.
But of course he wasn’t, and quick as a flash the 21-year-old swivelled his body and poked the ball through the legs of Swansea’s longest-serving player.
Rangel was well and truly beaten, the defender even attempting to haul his opponent down as Martial raced past him.
The defender was powerless to stop Martial, however, just as his team were powerless to stop a superior United from progressing in the competition with a 2-0 victory at the Liberty Stadium.
Both United goals were scored by Jesse Lingard, and each followed a rather bizarre celebration, which you can watch here.
Check out Martial’s brilliant piece of quick thinking below.

Who is the best at holding a lead? Who comes back?
This is an epic challenge.
We’ll never get over that heartbreak.
You have to love him.
How many can you get in the onion bag?
Is there anything between them?
