Manchester United winger Jesse Lingard isn’t a shy character, and certainly showed that as he celebrated another two goals in the Carabao Cup.
Lingard now has four goals in three appearances in this season’s competition, as the first brace of his career opened up a 2-0 lead for United over Swansea at the Liberty Stadium.
The 24-year-old has struggled to impress Jose Mourinho this season, starting just one Premier League match in the 2017-18 campaign so far, but his brace in South Wales could propel him in his manager’s plans for Saturday’s lunchtime kick-off against Tottenham.
He latched onto Marcus Rashford’s flick to net the first before adding his second after half-time with a thumping header into the bottom corner.
However it wasn’t the goals that got people talking, it was the England player’s unusual celebration, choosing to perform a strange dance which would be better placed on a Saturday night on BBC1.
Take a look for yourself below at Lingard’s whacky actions.
