Watch: Kevin De Bruyne steals Sergio Aguero matchball after assist hat-trick

Kevin De Bruyne set up three goals in Manchester City‘s 5-1 win over Leicester City on Saturday evening – and jokingly stole the matchball off four-goal Sergio Aguero at the end of the game.

Raheem Sterling put Pep Guardiola’s side ahead after just three minutes from a De Bruyne cross at the Etihad Stadium, but Leicester went into the interval level courtesy of Jamie Vardy’s equaliser on 24.

However, any hopes they had of shocking the league leaders on their own turf quickly evaporated as De Bruyne claimed two more assists within eight minutes of the restart to twice set up Aguero.

The Argentina striker completed his hat-trick in the 77th minute before firing in his fourth and the Citizens’ fifth on 90.

As is traditional, he picked up the matchball – his third of the season – at the final whistle, but De Bruyne clearly felt his efforts warranted a memento too, much to the amusement of his team-mates.
