Manchester United continued their impressive start to the season with a second-consecutive 4-0 win – with Swansea City the victims this weekend.
Jose Mourinho’s side earned plenty of praise for their four-goal demolition of West Ham on the opening weekend of the campaign and were impressive once again at the Liberty Stadium.
Eric Bailly gave the Red Devils the lead in first-half stoppage time, forcing the ball home from close range after Paul Pogba’s header had crashed off the bar.
And in the final 10 minutes United ran riot, scoring three times through Romelu Lukaku, Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial, who produced another impressive cameo off the bench.
Marcus Rashford had a couple of chances to score himself but failed to take advantage, although he did show his class with this magnificent turn in a first half in which he was often United’s main threat.
