Having completed an undergraduate degree in Ukrainian Language & Culture at University College London, I began writing about football as a hobby before turning my passion into a profession in 2018.
After completing a Master’s degree in Sports Journalism at the University of Sunderland, I began freelancing, writing for Planet Football and Leeds Live, covering Leeds United as a press box regular during the Marcelo Bielsa glory years.
After three years as a regular contributor, I went full-time with Planet Football in 2021 as a Staff Writer and was made News Editor in 2024.
Raised in Leeds, I’m an avid fan of Leeds United and make sure I apply the high journalistic standards I expect when reading about my own club to every club we cover, from Barcelona to Bradford.
