The 10 quickest players in FIFA 18: Leroy Sane, Gareth Bale, Hector Bellerin…

Manchester City, Real Madrid and Arsenal stars are among the 10 quickest players in FIFA 18 – but none come out on top.

While we all like to think we’re incredibly cerebral FIFA players who base our games on some kind of tika-taka philosophy, we all know what we really like to do is get as many quick players in the starting XI as possible and dribble like a lunatic.

And we’ve counted down the 10 quickest players in the new game so you know exactly which teams to play as, or which players to sign.

Gelson Martins – 94

Linked with both Liverpool and Manchester United – however spuriously – over the past 18 months, Martins is an excellent option to deploy on the wing.

A dribbling rating of 86 to match his 94 pace is sure to make the Portugal international a popular choice on Ultimate Team.

David Accam – 94

Fans in England are unlikely to know much about Accam, who plays for Chicago Fire in the MLS.

With 33 goals in 74 appearances, the Ghana international can possibly feel hard done by to have a shooting rating of only 69.

Leroy Sane – 94

A much more familiar face, Sane will undoubtedly be in demand for those hoping to create a team of Premier League players on Ultimate Team.

Pace of 94, dribbling of 85 and shooting of 77 make the 21-year-old a scary prospect.

Gareth Bale – 94

Given he clocked a speed of 35km/hr while scoring for Real Madrid at the weekend, Bale might actually consider himself hard done by not to be rated even higher.

An overall rating of 89 means he is predictably brilliant.

Jurgen Damm – 95

West Ham fans became familiar with Damm over the summer when the winger was understood to be close to a move to east London.

Damm eventually stayed put at Mexican outfit Tigres UANL, and sadly the rest of his stats fail to match up to his speedy feet.

Ernest Asante – 95

An overall rating of 71 suggests Asante’s only real value is in his pace.

He plays for FC Nordsjælland, in case you were wondering.

Mathis Bolly – 95

An absolutely wonderful name but sadly an overall rating even lower than Asante’s at 66.

He plays for Greuther Fürth, in case you were wondering.

Hector Bellerin – 95

Like Sane, Bellerin is likely to provoke a scramble when it comes to people trying to build a Premier League XI on Ultimate Team.

Bellerin’s pace rating of 95 makes the right-back the fastest player in the Premier League.

Jonathan Biabiany – 96

The joint-quickest player on FIFA 18, Biabiany’s third spell at Inter ended – temporarily at least – when he joined Sparta Prague on loan.

An overall rating of 75 may not be brilliant, but the winger is still likely to popular.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – 96

Unlike some of the other players on this list, Aubameyang’s overall game matches up to his blistering pace.

Expect to be left cursing as he races away from your defence and scores against you time and time again on Ultimate Team.
