10 times Lionel Messi has completely lost his cool on the pitch

While Barcelona‘s Lionel Messi often comes across as calm and collected, he can sometimes lose his cool on a football pitch.
Admittedly, we’d probably be furious if we got kicked for 90 minutes every week and sometimes Messi lets his anger get the best of him.
We’ve taken a look at 10 times where the red mist has descended on the Argentina international.
Hungary
Messi was sent off after just 43 seconds on his Argentina debut in 2005.

Sevilla
Messi was furious with Diego Carlos, but there’s no way the Sevilla defender should fall to the ground like that.
Real Sociedad
It could be argued that this is accidental, but Messi definitely has enough time to move his leg away.
