11 things we loved this weekend: Guardiola, Benzema, Zinchenko…

April has started with managerial sackings, brilliant goals and moments of world-class shithousery as the football season enters the home stretch.

While the sackings of Graham Potter at Chelsea and Brendan Rodgers at Leicester captured the headlines, both Arsenal and Manchester City enjoyed thumping wins to keep the Premier League title challengers neck-and-neck with each other.

Elsewhere, various leagues around Europe and beyond threw up moments that had us smiling from ear to ear.

We’ve collected 11 such nuggets from the weekend’s action.

Pep Guardiola

World-class shithousery from the Manchester City boss.
