20 things we loved this weekend: Alisson, Lewandowski, Alli, Sancho

Liverpool‘s unlikely goalscoring hero led the news in England this weekend, while Luis Suarez stole the show for Atletico Madrid in Spain.

Then there was the small matter of Leicester City winning the FA Cup for the first time and Steven Gerrard’s Rangers completing an unbeaten league season in Scotland.

We’ve rounded up the best of the action on and off the field.

Jurgen Klopp’s reaction summed up exactly how we felt.

Leicester City

What a wonderful moment.

Gary Lineker

Is someone cutting onions in here?

Dele Alli

He is gradually getting back to his best.

Scott Carson

An integral member of Pep Guardiola’s squad.

Daniel Jebbinson

This makes us feel really old.

Luis Suarez

A huge goal in the La Liga title race.

Jadon Sancho

His price tag has just gone up again.

Robert Lewandowski

He has now matched Gerd Muller’s record of scoring 40 goals in a single Bundesliga season.

Franck Ribery

Ribery has definitely still got it.

Bruno Alves

We’ve not stopped watching this since it happened.

Carlos Tevez

Tevez looks set to retire later this year but can still score important goals.

Louie Barry

Aston Villa have a really special young talent on their hands.

Alfredo Morelos

Morelos certainly enjoyed Rangers’ title celebrations.

Andy Keogh

One of his FOUR goals in a 5-1 win.

What a strike from the former Chelsea midfielder.

It couldn’t have been any closer.

Gjanni Alioski

Oh, Gjanni.

Vangelis Pavlidis

The Greek Lionel Messi.

This Chelsea fan
