After thousands of fans returned to the terraces at the weekend, they were kept entertained with plenty of goals and drama.

Bruno Fernandes inspired Manchester United to a 5-1 win against Leeds, while Barcelona kicked off the post-Lionel Messi era with a 4-2 win over Real Sociedad.
