Four Premier League clubs are among the only six worldwide with squads valued at more than €1billion by the CIES Football Observatory.

The CIES Football Observatory is a research group within the International Centre for Sports Studies in 2015, and they recently published data which suggests there are now six clubs whose squads are valued at more than £1billion, only a year after Manchester City became the very first.

The top six are below, accompanied by their three most valuable players, according to CIES’ research.
