Comparing Christian Pulisic’s debut season at Chelsea to Eden Hazard’s
Despite struggling with injuries, Pulisic has been one of Chelsea’s standout performers and looks set for a bright future at the club.
We’ve compared the 21-year-old’s stats in all competitions in 2019-20 to Hazard’s stats during his first season at Stamford Bridge.
Eden Hazard 2012-13
Sub appearances: 13
Minutes per goal: 347.7
Minutes per goal or assist: 141.2
Key passes per 90 minutes in the Premier League: 2.2
Successful dribbles per 90 minutes in the Premier League: 2.1
United take on Chelsea later— still a proper thigh-rubber.
In the 2012/13 FA Cup quarter-final, Eden Hazard curled in an absolute beauty, as a Benitez-led Chelsea came from two down at Old Trafford to draw.
