Any player whose contract expires in the summer is now able to speak to foreign clubs regarding a potential free transfer at the end of the campaign.

Earlier this year, reports suggested Emre Can has already agreed to join Juventus when his Liverpool contract expires, but a deal has yet to be confirmed.
