Football Manager 2024 is now out and we’ve searched through the database to find the 10 hidden gems you need to sign in your latest save.
Nothing quite tops the feeling of finding a hidden gem in an obscure league that you’d never previously heard of. The latest Football Manager is filled with them and we have all of the information you need.
Thanks to the work of FMScout, we have identified the top 10 hidden gems on Football Manager 2024 that you simply can’t go without.
Felix Karl-Ernst Gebhardt (Regensburg)
The 21-year-old goalkeeper looks like a bright prospect for the future and is well worth scouting on the game. Gebhardt currently plays in the German third tier and is available for a snip when you consider his potential.
His wages won’t break the bank either and even if you sign him as your backup goalkeeper, you will have a dependable shot-stopper waiting in the wings.
Angel Robles (Puebla)
Liga MX is a great place to scout some upcoming stars and we’ve already got our eyes on Robles. The 21-year-old forward has been developing nicely and is worth checking out in the game.
He spent last season on loan with Mexican outfit Atletico Morelia where he scored four goals in 19 outings. Robles currently represents Mexico at the Under-23s level and could be a solid option for your latest save.
Ernest Muci (Legia Warsaw)
The Albanian international has impressed while playing in Poland and is another hidden gem to consider signing. Muci can play as an attacking midfielder or number nine and he is likely to be involved in plenty of goals.
Last season he produced 13 goal contributions across all competitions with six goals and seven assists for Legia Warsaw. He’s also tried and tested at international level with six caps under his best for Albania.
Lucas Canizares (Real Madrid)
Canizares is yet to make his senior debut for Real Madrid, but the 21-year-old goalkeeper has plenty of potential. There’s certainly plenty of talent to be had within Real Madrid’s youth ranks right now.

Tiago Almeida (Tondela)
Transfermarkt values Almeida at just £1.05million which could be a snip when you consider his potential. The Portuguese right-back is out of contract in 2024, so chances are you can prize him away for even less than his market value.
Almeida has spent his entire career so far with Tondela who have fluctuated between the top two tiers in Portugal. If you are looking for an upcoming full-back at a reduced cost, look no further.
Aleix Febas (Elche)
Febas spent his formative years in the Real Madrid academy but never made a senior appearance for the Spanish giants. Since leaving Real Madrid in 2019, Febas has crafted a successful career for himself in Spain.
Now 27 years old, you can currently catch Febas playing for Elche in La Liga. He predominately plays as a holding midfielder, although he can also do a job out wide or as an attacking midfielder.

Halil Dervisoglu (Galatasaray)
You might remember Dervisoglu from his short spell with Brentford and subsequent loan spell with Burnley. Things didn’t quite click for the Turkish forward in England, but he has been getting things back on track with Galatasaray of late.
The 32-year-old has scored a couple of goals in Europe this season and is a cost-effective option to pick up on the new game. Capable of playing as a striker or attacking midfielder, Dervisoglu can tick plenty of boxes.
Tim Ronning (IF Elfsborg)
The Swedish goalkeeper stands at 6ft 7in and is another hidden gem to consider. He has already racked up over 100 appearances for Elfsborg and you’ll be able to snap him up for less than £500,000 on the game.
Omar Fernandez (Leon)
The Colombian winger is the oldest player on this list at 30, but he will be able to add some immediate quality to your XI. Fernandez has spent his entire career playing in North and South America, primarily in Mexico and Colombia.
Across his 378 career appearances, Fernandez has produced 63 goals and 68 assists which certainly isn’t too shabby. Given he is now advancing in age, you should be able to get him for a snip.
Aljosa Vasic (Palermo)
The 21-year-old Serbian midfielder currently plays for Serie B outfit Palermo and looks like he’d be a decent pickup for your Football Manager save.
Along with playing in midfield, Vasic can also act as a second striker as he has a real knack for sniffing out goalscoring opportunities. He’s definitely one to keep your eye on.
