How the stats of Liverpool’s front three compare to the best in Europe
Liverpool‘s front three of Sadio Mane, Mo Salah and Roberto Firmino continued their destruction of the Premier League at the weekend – but how do they compare to the best attacks in Europe?
Salah opened the scoring in the 2-0 win against Newcastle United on Saturday, with Mane adding a second from Firmino’s assist as the Reds moved second in the Premier League.
Using stats from Whoscored – using league stats only – we’ve compared the trio to some of the best front threes across Europe this season.
Due to injuries and changes in system, it has not been possible to include the likes of Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Chelsea, but the competition is still pretty strong.
