How Mo Salah’s record under Klopp compares to his other managers

Quick Reads
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp and Mohamed Salah at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester, July 2020.

Mohamed Salah is arguably the best player in the world right now and has established himself as a club legend in nearly five years at Liverpool.

Salah scored his 150th goal for the club during their 3-1 win over Norwich in February 2022 and has helped Liverpool to Champions League and Premier League success since his £35million move from Roma in 2017.

“This team is one of the better ones in the history of this club, that is clear, and Mo [Salah] has a massive part in that,” Klopp said before the Norwich game.

“The numbers speak for themselves; to reach 150 is absolutely insane, it is not long ago that we spoke about 100 [Premier League goals]. It is obviously a massive number.”

But is his spell at Liverpool the most successful of Salah’s career? Using Transfermarkt, we’ve looked at his records under his different club managers, including Jurgen Klopp.
