Ranking the goals-per-game ratio of every Premier League club’s top scorer

Quick Reads

Sergio Aguero needs just one more goal to become Manchester City’s outright record goalscorer – but how does his goals-per-game ratio compare to Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal’s best hitmen?

Aguero equalled Eric Brook’s club record on Saturday with the opening goal in City’s 3-0 win over Burnley – his 177th for the club.

It has taken the Argentina international just six years at City to reach the landmark, yet he still has only the fifth best goals-per-game ratio of the record scorers for every Premier League club.

Aguero is going to have to up his game if he wants to end his career higher up this list.
