Ranking the Premier League clubs by who gave most minutes to U23 players

Premier League sides are often criticised for not giving opportunities to their young players, but Manchester United and Chelsea have bucked that trend this past season.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Frank Lampard have both been rewarded after putting their faith in youth, with both sides finishing inside the top four.
We’ve ranked every Premier League club in order of how many minutes they afforded to players currently aged 22 and under in 2019-20.
1. Norwich City

2. Manchester United
Number of under-23 players used: 11
