The fastest players to reach 10 PL goal involvements: Fernandes, Aguero…

While a lot of players struggle to adapt when they arrive in the Premier League, some players are able to hit the ground running.
Manchester United and Arsenal stars have managed to make an immediate impact after joining the club, providing goals and assists aplenty.
We’ve looked at the players who reached 10 goal involvements in the Premier League in the shortest time.
Jurgen Klinsmann – Nine games
Klinsmann joined Tottenham from Monaco in 1994 and instantly became a fans favourite at White Hart Lane.
The Germany international marked his league debut with a goal and reached 10 goals and assists after just nine games.

Diego Costa – Nine games
Chelsea signed Costa from Atletico Madrid in 2014 and hit the ground running in the Premier League, scoring 10 goals in his first nine games.
Andrey Arshavin – Nine games
Arshavin made an instant impact at Arsenal when he arrived from Zenit St Petersburg in January 2009, registering six goals and four assists in his first nine league games.
Those four goals against Liverpool definitely helped.

Bruno Fernandes – Nine games
Fernandes has transformed Manchester United’s fortunes since signing for the club, registering six goals and five assists in his first nine Premier League games.
Papiss Cisse – Eight games
Cisse took to the Premier League like a duck to water, registering nine goals and an assist in his first eight league games for Newcastle United.
Mark Viduka – Eight games
Viduka arrived at Leeds United in 2000 and registered one assist and nine goals in his first eight league games, including all four in a memorable 4–3 win over Liverpool.

Alan Shearer – Eight games
Shearer had scored eight goals for Southampton in the old First Division, but the striker hit his stride following the formation of the Premier League in 1992-93.
He scored eight goals and registered two assists in his first eight games of the season.
Sergio Aguero – Six games
Aguero joined Manchester City in 2011 and enjoyed an incredible start to his Premier League career, registering eight goals and two assists in his first six games.

Micky Quinn – Six games
Just like Shearer, Quinn had already played in the old First Division and carried his impressive form into the 1992-93 season, scoring 10 goals in his first six games.
