The teams and players of the season across Europe’s big five leagues

The 2017-18 football season has drawn to a close, with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester City among the big winners around Europe.
Plenty of individual players have starred too, with Mohamed Salah breaking numerous Premier League goalscoring records and Lionel Messi winning his fifth European Golden Shoe.
We’ve taken a look at which players have picked up individual awards around Europe’s top five leagues, and who’s made the various teams of the season that have been announced so far.
La Liga
