It’s been another sensational weekend of football, as Manchester City closed the gap on Arsenal in the Premier League and Real Madrid were victorious in the Club World Cup.

Elsewhere around Europe, it was a great weekend for the up-and-coming stars of the future. Hannibal Mejbri scored his first-ever senior goal and Xavi Simons has continued to impress.

Marcus Rashford continued his hot streak in the Premier League with another goal against Leeds United and Monaco made up some ground on PSG in Ligue 1.
