Huddersfield and Reading clash at Wembley this afternoon in one of the most nerve-wrecking fixtures of the season: the Championship play-off final.
It is often said that the play-offs are the best way to win promotion, but one of the worst ways to end a season if your team is unsuccessful.
To date there has been 30 play-off finals which have determined which side wins a place in England’s top flight, and history only remembers the winners.
