Can you name every Chelsea player to appear under Andre Villas-Boas?
Andre Villas-Boas used 28 different players during his brief spell in charge of Chelsea – but how many of them can you remember?
Villas-Boas was appointed as Carlo Ancelotti’s replacement in June 2011 and was tasked with leading a group of experienced players to domestic and European glory.
But the highly-rated Portuguese manager floundered at Stamford Bridge, chopping and changing his line-up and finding himself unable to string a run of positive results together.
He was eventually sacked in March 2012 after a damaging league defeat at West Brom. Chelsea would go on to win the FA Cup and Champions League under the interim management of Roberto Di Matteo.
We’d like you to name all of the 28 players that Villas-Boas used during his tenure in west London and you have 15 minutes to do so. The only clue we’ve given you is the number of appearances each player made.
