Manchester City and Newcastle United are two of the richest football clubs in the world – and there’s a surprisingly large amount of crossover between the two clubs.

While City are now the dominant force in English football, both they and Newcastle were lower mid-table staples in the Premier League for much of the 1990s and 2000s – and each club spent time outside of the top division too.

We’ve given you 15 minutes and the years each player played for each club. You have 13 of them to name.
