England have a brilliant record in World Cup qualifying – but can you name every Three Lions player to score five or more goals in these matches?

Only in 1974, 1978 and 1994 did England fail to emerge from World Cup qualifying. Whatever their struggles at the final themselves, England usually get there.

Nineteen players have been especially prolific in qualifying and we’d like you to name them all in under 10 minutes.

Your clue is the number of goals each player scored and an asterisk denotes the player is still active today.
