Guess The Wikipedia Footballer #6: Can you name these 10 international greats?

Welcome to our latest Wikipedia footballer quiz, and this week we’ve devised a devilishly difficult one around 10 players who were far more notable for what they achieved on the international stage than anything they managed in their club careers.

You know the drill by now. Below you’ll find 10 screencaps summarising the careers of 10 different players – the clubs they represented, their appearances and goals, the years they were playing, and – crucially, here – what they did for their national teams.

This one’s tricky. Some of these had pretty great club careers, others much more forgettable, but all of them share one thing in common – their international exploits undoubtedly eclipsed their day job. Keep that in mind and you’ll no go far wrong.

To answer the question, all you need to do is to type their name. The surname will suffice. The score to beat from the Planet Football office for this one is 7/10.
