The Ultimate Wikipedia Footballer Quiz: A bumper edition to test your knowledge

Reckon you know your football? We’re putting that to the ultimate test here, having compiled an extra big bumper edition of our famous Wikipedia Footballer quiz.

You know the drill here. We’ve taken screencaps from Wikipedia and your task is to tell us which player the career path refers to.

We usually follow a theme, such as England internationals or Champions League cult heroes. This time we’ve gone pure general knowledge. Nothing links this lot apart from the fact they’ve played in the last 30 years, so you don’t need to be a history buff for this one.

Some of these spent their career in England, others entirely overseas. Some are world-class Champions League winners, others were frankly a bit rubbish. We’d expect some seasoned football viewers to get some of these, while others are for experts only.

Our score to beat from Planet Football HQ is 21/30. Good luck.

Once you’ve had a go at this one, why not have a go at our Ultimate Premier League Quiz, featuring 30 tough multiple-choice questions on the English top flight.

If you enjoy our quizzes, head to our new Football Games home where you can search an archive of over 1,000 quizzes and play them all in beautiful full-screen mode.

Good luck, and don’t forget to tweet us your scores at @planetfutebol.
