Watch: Serge Gnabry scores bloody outrageous backheel goal for Bayern

Bayern Munich's Serge Gnabry celebrates after scoring against Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League.

We hate to keep mentioning this (we don’t), but Arsenal sold Serge Gnabry for £5million. And he once again showed them how silly that decision was with a very naughty backheel goal for Bayern Munich on Tuesday night.

Gnabry came through the Arsenal academy, leaving for Werder Bremen in 2016 before signing for Bayern a year later.

And since breaking into the Bayern team in 2018, he’s been forging a reputation as one of the world’s foremost attacking talents.

Mostly known for his pace, dribbling ability, assists and cracking mid-range finishing, Gnabry showed another side to his game on Tuesday night as he Bavarians played Benfica in the Champions League.

As Robert Lewandowski ran onto a Joshua Kimmich pass into the channel, Gnabry drifted into the box to receive Lewandowski’s cross.

What he did with that cross was quite ridiculous. With the inside of his heel, Gnabry cutely sent the ball between the goalkeeper and a defender and perfectly into the corner of the goal.

He’s currently negotiating and new contract. We imagine this’ll add a few Euros to his salary.
