Watch: Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsdale trolls David Seaman during funny interview

Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale applauds the fans after the Premier League match against Tottenham.

Aaron Ramsdale couldn’t resist a cheeky dig at David Seaman after Arsenal‘s 3-1 win against Tottenham in the north London derby.

After impressing in a struggling Sheffield United team in 2020-21, Ramsdale completed a £24million move to Arsenal in the summer.

The 23-year-old was on the bench at the start of the season but has since edged ahead of Bernd Leno in the goalkeeping pecking order.

“I think Ramsdale is now looking like he’s the No.1 goalkeeper,” Seaman recently said on his podcast. “I’ve been impressed with him as well.

“His performances have been positive, he’s looked really confident and he’s not shown any nerves at all so it’s an interesting situation.”

Ramsdale produced another impressive display in the win over Spurs, making a brilliant save to deny Lucas Moura in the closing stages.

Despite recently being praised by Seaman, he trolled the legendary goalkeeper with a playful jibe during a hilarious post-match interview, joking he was too young to see him play.
