Watch: Carra calls Paul Pogba ‘the most overrated player I have ever seen’

Jamie Carragher took his usual spot on Monday Night Football and was asked his opinion on the latest comments from Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola. He did not hold back in response.

Raiola appears to be angling for the World Cup winner to leave Manchester United in the year ahead.

“I can say that it’s over for Paul Pogba at Manchester United,” he told Italian outlet Tuttosport.

“Paul is unhappy with Man United as he is no longer able to express himself in the way that he would like and as he is expected to. Paul needs a new team, a change of air. He is under contract for the next 18 months and it will expire in the summer of 2022”

Today Tuttosport’s front page runs another quote from Raiola saying that Pogba would go back to Juventus.

Former Liverpool defender Carragher has rarely been Pogba’s biggest fan over the years and gave a blunt answer when asked how United should respond.

“Get rid.”
