Watch: Ferguson can’t quite believe Solskjaer decision to replace Martial

Anthony Martial continued his impressive form in 2019-20 by scoring in Manchester United‘s 2-0 victory over Burnley, and Sir Alex Ferguson couldn’t quite believe his eyes when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer decided to replace the forward with Luke Shaw late on at Turf Moor.

Despite missing part of the campaign through injury, Martial bagged his 10th goal of the season in all competitions to open the scoring for United just before half-time.

The France international remained a threat on the break, but Solskjaer decided to shore things up by replacing the attacker with left-back Shaw in the 89th minute.

Watching in the stands, Ferguson appeared confused by the decision, although it paid dividends as Marcus Rashford secured all three points by making it 2-0 in the 95th minute.
