Watch: Fred evades Norwich players with brilliant turn for Man Utd

Manchester United midfielder Fred produced a fantastic tight turn under pressure in the Red Devils’ win over Norwich in the Premier League.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s penalty was the sole goal of the game as United laboured to a 1-0 victory which kept up new manager Ralf Rangnick’s unbeaten start at the helm.

David de Gea won the Man of the Match award but Fred put in another solid performance for United, continuing his rich vein of form. It included a clever turn under pressure as his side searched for an opening in the second half.

With two Norwich midfielders coming from either side of him, Fred went backwards towards his own goal before turning the other way, bypassing the challenges of both his opponents and creating space for himself.

He was then able to successfully spread the ball out wide.

It was one of a number of moments in which the Brazilian demonstrated an impressive ability on the ball and a high level of confidence built up from his recent outings.
