Watch: Hargreaves explains why Lukaku got a ‘raw deal’ at Man Utd

Owen Hargreaves believes Romelu Lukaku “got a raw deal at Manchester United” after the striker continued his fine form for Inter Milan by firing his new club into the Europa League final.
Lukaku struck twice in Inter’s 5-0 victory over Shakhtar Donetsk to take his tally to 33 goals for the season, becoming the first player to score in 10 consecutive Europa League fixtures in the process.
The Belgium international’s performances have been in stark contrast to those in his final season at Old Trafford, where he fell out of favour under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer before moving to the San Siro in a £74million deal.
And former United midfielder Hargreaves had his say on where things went wrong for Lukaku in Manchester while analysing the game as a pundit for BT Sport. Thankfully, he didn’t embarrass himself as much as Paul Ince.
"I think he got a raw deal at Manchester United."
"He felt like he had a point to prove all the time and almost played like he was carrying that burden."
