Watch: Liverpool loanee Harry Wilson scores stunner for Cardiff City

While Liverpool possess a myriad of attacking talent, as their 5-0 victory over Atalanta showed, but Harry Wilson provided a timely reminder of his quality on Tuesday night for Cardiff City.

Wilson has shone on loan at Cardiff so far, scoring twice in four appearances for the 11th-placed Championship outfit, and the attacking midfielder wrapped up the scoring in a 3-0 win over Barnsley.

Demanding the ball from his team-mate, Wilson received possession just outside the Barnsley area. Letting the ball run across his body, the Wales international took a single touch before unleashing an unstoppable effort past goalkeeper Jack Walton.

Wilson’s celebration was understated, almost as if such quality was unremarkable for him. Given his penchant for long-range goals, this is not surprising.
