Watch: Incredible new footage shows Liverpool players celebrating title win

A new behind-the-scenes documentary has shown in stark detail how the Liverpool players celebrated when they were crowned Premier League champions. 

The Reds enjoyed an incredible 2019-20 season and knew they would be confirmed as champions if Manchester City failed to beat Chelsea in June.

Jurgen Klopp and the rest of the Liverpool squad had gathered together to watch the game at a hotel and they waited in anticipation.

Chelsea won 2-1 thanks to goals from Christian Pulisic and Willian and Liverpool’s 30-year wait for a top-flight title was finally over.

The footage shows the players counting down the final moments of the game before celebrating wildly at full-time.
