Watch: Jadon Sancho pays tribute to George Floyd after scoring for BVB

Jadon Sancho paid tribute to George Floyd after scoring for Borussia Dortmund against Paderborn on Sunday.

After being a substitute in Dortmund’s first two matches since the Bundesliga returned as he worked his way back to full fitness, Sancho was named in the starting XI as BVB visited bottom club Paderborn.

Despite the difference between the two clubs’ league positions, Dortmund went in to half-time with the scores still locked at 0-0.

But Julian Brandt put the side ahead in the 54th minute before Sancho doubled their lead just three minutes later.

After scoring, Sancho took off his shirt to reveal the message, “Justice for George Floyd,” written on his base layer.
