Watch: Joe Gomez & Tammy Abraham discuss mental health advice

Liverpool defender Joe Gomez and Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham are among the footballers to join the discussion about how to maintain your mental health during these difficult times.

The England team-mates spoke as part of CALM’s #ApartButTogether campaign with Head & Shoulders, which offers advice on how to keep a clear head at a time when many of us are unable to see our family and friends.

Abraham revealed he keeps in regular contact with fellow Chelsea player Fikayo Tomori, who is living alone, while Gomez stressed the importance of trying to maintain good habits even when he feels in a good place mentally, often speaking to Liverpool’s club psychiatrist.

Watch the video below, which also includes advice from England Women stars Leah Williamson and Keira Walsh.

In these weird times, it can be hard to keep a clear head. Head & Shoulders are working with the Campaign Against Living Miserably – CALM – to make things a little easier and stay #ApartButTogether. Learn more here.
