Watch: Kieran Tierney reacts furiously after disagreement in Arsenal training

Kieran Tierney is known for wearing his heart on his sleeve and displayed his competitive streak in Arsenal training.

During a one-touch rondo session ahead of their Europa League game against Benfica, Tierney appeared to have taken two touches.

David Luiz would not stand for a breach of the rules and asked the Scotland international to take his place in the middle of the circle.

That appeared to enrage Tierney who tried to argue his case before booting a stationary ball away in anger – not once, but twice.

“Right from the beginning, I could see there was a determination about him,” former Arsenal defender Martin Keown told BT Sport in January.

“He’s just the right type that you need… his personality, character. He’s a driving force and he’s a throwback. In training, they have to tell him to calm down because he’s tackling ferociously. I really like that attitude that he brings.

“He has got everything in his game, it’s about building around him. Perhaps an Arsenal captain in the making.”
