Watch: Liverpool fan celebrates goal against Man Utd with six times gesture

A boyhood Liverpool fan has mocked Manchester United with a brilliant celebration after scoring against them in the FA Youth Cup.

Wigan Athletic travelled to Old Trafford for their cup quarter-final and Liverpool fan Sean McGurk was hoping to cause an upset at the home of his arch rivals.

United opened the scoring through Shola Shoretire before McGurk drew the Latics level with an excellent strike in front of the Stretford End.

The 16-year-old then wheeled away in celebration and made a ‘six times’ gesture in front of the United fans – a reference to the number of European Cups Liverpool have won.

Watch the clip below.

However, United eventually had the last laugh as a second half goal from Deji Sotona ensured that they booked their place in the FA Youth Cup semi-final.
