Watch: Man Utd-bound Amad Diallo scores outrageous solo goal in training

Manchester United fans have got their first glimpse of new signing Amad Diallo after the 18-year-old agreed to join the club in January.

Diallo made three first-team appearances for Atalanta in 2019-20 and is regarded as one of the most highly-rated young players in Italy.

United won the race for his signature on transfer deadline day and the winger will join the club in January for a fee that could reach £37million.

While he is yet to make a first-team appearance this season, Diallo regularly impresses his team-mates during training sessions.

“He plays like Messi,” Atalanta captain Papu Gomez said in an Instagram Q&A earlier this year. “There are defenders in the first team that sometimes cannot stop him. To stop him in training, we have to kick him!”

In a couple of recent clips, the 18-year-old humiliated his team-mates before scoring a brilliant solo goal and also showcased his Lionel Messi-esque footwork.
