Watch: Man Utd’s Ole Gunnar Solskjaer does brilliant rainbow flick in training

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer proved that class is permanent by showcasing his brilliant skills during a training session.

Solskjaer won countless trophies and scored 126 goals in 366 appearances in all competitions for United before hanging up his boots in 2007.

The 48-year-old returned to Old Trafford as a manager in 2018 and regularly puts his shooting boots on in training.

“It was the first time I managed to get a glimpse of whether he still had it or not,” Lee Grant told United’s official website in 2019.

“We had a shooting session and I was doing some one-on-one work with Romelu [Lukaku] and Paul [Pogba]. The manager came over and I could see he was limbering up in the corner of my eye.

“He got involved and he was still pretty deadly, I have to be honest. He had some bad luck because he kept hitting the same post in the same spot. But the touch was there and the instinct was still there. He is very, very clinical still.”

While watching over a training session earlier this week, Solskjaer couldn’t help himself and produced a brilliant rainbow flick.
