England cruised to a 4-0 win over Kosovo in their final Euro 2020 qualifying game – but Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford stole the show during his cameo appearance.
Harry Winks’ first goal for the Three Lions gave them the lead in the 32nd minute, but they were unconvincing and Kosovo enjoyed the better start to the second half.
Rashford replaced Callum Hudson-Odoi just before the hour mark and Gareth Southgate’s side started to look dangerous again.
The forward made an immediate impression by nutmegging Kosovo’s Mergim Vojvoda and then pulling off a brilliant heel chop to get past Besar Halimi.

Harry Kane doubled England’s lead before Rashford produced a fantastic finish to score their third. The 22-year-old now has nine goals in his last 10 games for club and country.
Mason Mount added a fourth in injury time and the victory means that England top Group A with 21 points, and they are now among the seeded teams for the Euro 2020 draw.
