Watch: Pundit suggests bizarre reason for Sanchez’s poor Man Utd form

It’s fair to say that Alexis Sanchez’s move from Arsenal to Manchester United has not gone as well as either club or player would have hoped.
Sanchez moved to Old Trafford in January as part of a swap deal which saw Henrikh Mkhitaryan join Arsenal, with the Chile international signing a contract which sees him earn a basic £391,000 a week, plus a £75,000 appearance bonus.
Since leaving the Gunners, however, Sanchez has scored just four times in 25 appearances for United as he has failed to live up to expectations.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Tim Sherwood and Steve Sidwell discussed the 29-year-old’s struggles, with the latter offering somewhat of a bizarre explanation for his poor form.
