Watch: Should Arsenal have had a penalty after Lacazette brought down?

Arsenal capitulated during the second half of the Europa League final against Chelsea – but should they have had a penalty with the score at 0-0?

The clash between the two London teams failed to ignite in the first half in Baku, with the stagnant opening 45 minutes played in a bizarre atmosphere in Azerbaijan.

But there was one controversial moment in particular as Alexandre Lacazette hit the deck in Chelsea’s box after appearing to round Kepa Arrizabalaga.

No penalty was awarded, while VAR did not intervene as the call was not a “clear and obvious” mistake before Arsenal went on to concede three goals at the start of the second half.
