18 things we loved this weekend: Pedri, Jesus, Ronaldo, Keane & more

Football delivered in all of its weird and wonderful ways this weekend as Arsenal enjoyed a huge victory over Liverpool and Der Klassiker lived up to its billing.

Borussia Dortmund’s late equaliser against Bayern Munich sent the Yellow Wall into ecstasy and such scenes were matched at the Emirates after Arsenal’s latest win.

Elsewhere, AC Milan eased past Juventus in Italy while Sergio Ramos was up to his old tricks for PSG.

We’ve collected together some of the weekend moments that made us swoon, laugh or left the hairs on the back of our necks standing up…

Gabriel Jesus

Jesus left Trent Alexander-Arnold with twisted blood after this exchange.

Oleksandr Zinchenko

Despite not playing, Zinchenko stole the show after Arsenal’s late winner.

Borussia Dortmund

German football is mad, Pt. I.

Oliver Kahn

Kahn was every Bayern after Dortmund’s last-gasp equaliser.

Vinicius Jr

Another outrageous piece of skill from one of world football’s biggest ballers.

Sergio Ramos

Ramos isn’t mellowing in the autumn of his career…

Roy Keane

It takes bravery, guts and composure to ask Keane for a selfie while the football’s on.

Wrexham 7-5 Barnet

A completely normal match in north Wales.

Nicolas Pepe

The forgotten man is starting to shine in France.

Fikayo Tomori

While Gareth Southgate remains unconvinced, Tomori continues to tear it up in Serie A.

Gennaro Gattuso

The World Cup winner isn’t a man that you’d cross.

Jude Bellingham

How is this a yellow card? The game’s gone…

Dimitri Payet

A player that the streets will never, ever, forget.

Kaiserslautern

German football is mad, Pt. II.

Brazil

We have no idea what’s happening here but we like it.

This own goal

There’s nothing quite like a jaw-dropping own goal to raise a smile.

Pedri

Stop that, Pedri.

Cristiano Ronaldo

A number it’s impossible to wrap your head around.

Coventry City

This youngster is wearing his Stone Island with pride.
